This is quite an odd thing. I have a large number of digital photos I store on my system, in a number of folders.
As soon as I create a new photo folder and put some pictures in it, I set it to the thumbnail view mode. Now
the odd part: it remembers this setting for some time, but randomly, folders seem to get set back to details view.
I don't know why they keep changing; sometimes newer folders change to details view while older ones remain in
thumbnail view. Most recently, though, every one of my dozens of photo folders has reverted to details view all at
once, and it's a royal pain to set them all back to thumbnails one at a time, over and over again.
So my questions:
1) Does anyone have any idea what might be causing the folder view mode to change on all these folders?
2) is there a quick/easy way to change the view mode on a select group of folders, all at once?
Thanks
