I've encountered a small annoyance/problem on my WinME box.
I use the "thumbnail" icon view option for my "My Pictures" folder because its easier to view my work. The other day i had installed an old version of Quicktime to view an old document. Problem is, when i installed it, it also installed the Quicktime Picture viewer, which automatically took over all jpeg image format associations.... When it did that, i could no longer view the icons as actual thumnails of the picture in my "My Pictures" folder..... Rather it now displays a Quicktime Viewer icon instead...
I've since uninstalled that image viewer, but cant get the folder to display the thumbnails properly anymore.... it shows a thumbnail of an icon, instead of a thumbnail of an actual picture.... Does anyone know how i can fix this? Or resest the folder.
