If the roles were reversed in the video, it'd be called a racially motivated hate crime and be all over national news networks, you know it and I know it.
I have a buddy who has a concealed weapons license and trains others to obtain theirs who also happens to be a police officer. From what he told me is that if you are attacked by 2 people you have the right to defend yourself through deadly force. I hope these cowards run into someone carrying a concealed weapon, it will probably be their last.

It really depends more on how you spin the story.
If you got 'jumped' by 2 guys and went on record saying they were walking toward you, you pulled out your gun knowing it was going to be their last day on earth, got the jump on one of them sumbitches with 3 shots to the head, then his friend came running at you.
You had no choice but to kill everyone of those [derogatory] punks and even had to use your speed loader.
I somehow think you will lose that case.
Depends on state really. In my state and others once the aggressor advances on your person and clear aggression you are to yell STOP and draw your weapon (not that you need to, but this covers you legally). If they advance any further or any sight of a weapon with advance after yelling STOP, ventilate their chest cavity and vitals until they stop.
You are legally covered, cannot be charged.
Many other forums have covered this. Upon advance he should draw and yell stop, if advance, fire at will for any target that doesn't back off for fear of deadly harm was evident.
This should have been the required outcome and viewing. Thugs threaten life and get ventilated/killed, show this in every high school and every "classy's hood" to teach a lesson. That is the ideal outcome.

Stuff like this really isn't surprising. I have friends who in their younger days would go to the local carnival and just pick out people to F with in the hopes of getting into a fight. Probably 20-25% of the time they'd end up getting the number of the girl(s) the guy(s) were with.
