How can I get my Memory to 1600 and NB and HT Link to 2000?!

I have a 1045t 95W X6 cpu.

CPU Voltage is 1.400v.

If I put in BIOS FSB to 237 and NB and HT to 1659 I can have Memory at 1580Mhz(it is 1600 memory).

Now If I put FSB 240, then it gives black BIOS with 1659 on NB and HT.
So if I put NB and HT to 1920 then Windows 7 app CPU-Z shows 2400 on NB!!!!

to make the NB 1920 I have to put memory to 960.
