I want to throw a SF4 tournament in my local area. I have a place to hold it, i can use my ps3, with possibly my controller's or some used controller's. I can also use a projector(not hd i think)
Now i know i would need concessions.(food/drink) also would probaly provide prizes for top places(trophies if enough interest is shown)
Why PS3, because i own SF4 for ps3.
i possibly could provide more tv's but i like the idea for SF4 at least to have the fights be the center of attention. there also short and sweet. best 2/3 kinda deal. double elim. see who the best is, even the down to the 3rd/4th place winner's.maybe if im feeling froggy drum up 5th/6th
now do i need to like contact anyone special since there would be prizes.there would be no cash given. i was thinking like items or gift certificates for winners.
Im not looking to prove anything myself, i am not super awesome,but i like the idea of person to person competition where you can win stuff and prove what you got.
i would also probaly video tape each and every match. thats what i do heh and post the entire day online. think that would be cool of course.
Id also like to participate in said tournament,(im thinking the other players might frown on that.) what do you all think.

i was considering sponsers of local business, this probaly wouldnt happen until late sept. so i can get the planning out of the way
