Throwdown: "Chili Beans" = Nonsense

DERP A DER DERP DERP it doesn't say anything about the Aztecs making chili it talks about them making SIMILAR DISHES. Similar != same. Chili con carne was invented in Texas just like the Chimichunga. Beans were added by people to poor to afford the beef required to make it. Anyone who thinks chili without beans is just red sauce has never had anything resembling decent chili. If you think you have, you're lying to yourself.

The sweet irony is the only reason people originally added beans was because they were too poor to afford meat. Otherwise there'd be no such dish. Yet today the biggest "chili must have beans!" snobs I know are semi wealthy people.

PS to those I just mentioned, the settlers who only ate chili with beans because they had no other option HATE YOU.
