I've been searching through some of the old threads, but my needs aren't the same.

I'm looking to host a small site (20mb) - with minimal monthly traffic.

Don't need anything fancy, it'll be more of just a hobby site than anything else.

Any ideas? - I'd like to spend less than $20/year.

PS - I probably should have mentioned I have a domain that I want to transfer - I'm not just looking for a free subdomain.

I would advise AGAINST hosting your website on your own personal PC....

If you have broadband though, you could install Linux with Apache on an old desktop to use that as your own server. It doesn't take much for a low bandwidth type of site.
