These class action suits are nothing but a way for greedy lawyers to make more money. They are the only people getting great value.

Assuming they get 1/3 of the settlement, the lawyers split over $1Bn. That's the real crime. :|

the real crime is how much the attorneys for Visa/Mastercard will get paid, even tho they lost.
