Three keyboard keys not functioning

HP Pavilion x360.

Three keys on the keyboard has stopped working, G-H-backspace. I have reinstalled Windows, tried different drivers, took off the back to check the cable and everything looked ok.

Anyone have any tips for a possible solution?

Check both ends of the ribbon cable, keyboard and motherboard.

New keyboard.

oh my bad .. it is a hardware problem .. just buy a new one from ebay mate

You do know you can replace a notebook keyboard also...

Sadly it's a pain to change the keyboard, thanks for the answers. I guess I just have to use an USB keyboard or something.

What's the full model # on the tag.

you need to change the keys give some repair expert to fix this or change the keyboard of your laptop

OMG its very easy to swap out the keyboard and if you're not able to do it take it to a shop and pay them to do it for you.

Not necessarily. I work IT for over 30years and my son's HP Omen is the worst laptop to replace a KB ever. I told him to take to a pro shop in NYC. You literally have to take every single component including the screen, out just to get to the KB.
