Get rid of the other 2 guys and get 3 girls. Then you can comfort them when they come home from bad dates. :)

Probably NOT a good idea. I don't think I could live in a house with guys...our cleanliness standards are probably different.

Depends on the girl. If she is one of those girls who loves hanging out with the guys and will cook for you, go for it. If she is a typical blonde annoying spoiled brat who loves drama, run away.

I actually have a bad feeling about living with a girl that i'm not attracted to / not interested in. :D but we really need a 4th to lower the price...

I live with a girl that is not my girlfriend and its no picnick, it actually sucks, I have to deal with all of her makeup hair crap, she hogs the bathroom and is a horrible house keep, plus I have to put up with her douchebag boyfriend and other friends.

Obviously your girl roommate might not be like this, just giving you my perspective.

I was going to post something similar, so I'll just quote this guy.
Additionally, IMO, the title of your post itself spells disaster from the get-go.

If you get the apartment/house, save yourself some time and do the following:

1. Pour bleach on the lawn (it'll never get taken care of anyway)
2. Punch holes in the walls (after your first month there, they'll look like that anyway)
3. Spill random substances on the carpet and rub it in (see entry directly above)
4. Don't bother getting a phone, the bill will never get paid b/c you'll all argue about who called whom
5. Call the cops and file a noise complaints on yourself (see #2 and #3)
6. Get used to going out to eat alone (you'll never put any food in the fridge b/c it'll get eaten, and not by you)

More as I come up w/them.

The moral of the story: this is a bad idea.

My best roommates were women.

Gender is not the problem, the person is. For a roommate get a good person.
