I bought the eVGA 7800GT for my wife's machine that she is going to be building on Tuesday...

XFX.

Lifetime warranty like eVGA, & with double warranty so if you sell the card, the new owner keeps the warranty.

Nah seriously, the real reason i like the XFX is the design.
That one's gotta be the kewlest looking video card out there right now :p

I personally have the XFX , but I have heard most others recommending the eVGA. I like the XFX since it came factory overclock (core) and still under warranty, but others might not think it is so important. Between the eVGA or XFX, I would go with which ever one is cheaper.

The eVGA is cheaper here... eVGA

I'd love to try an xfx out, the bundles are great. But, you just can't beat eVGA's life time warranty. I believe still value the warranty even after you take off the stock heatsink. I think the egg got it for 269.99 right now AR.

Honestly, flip a three-sided coin... oh wait. It really doesn't matter. eVGA is quite good. LeadTek is one of nVidia's longest (and best) board partners. XFX used to be a little shoddy but they have turned a corner recently.

Choose based on price.

I would do that but I live in NJ and tax would make it not worth it.
