Threats of martial law if bailout dosent pass?

In this video Rep. Brad Sherman isnt talking about the Congressional martial law issue, he's talking about the real deal. This is very disturbing that representatives were told matial law may ensue before the vote.

I suspect someone may have been told that the situation could get out of hand and that Martial Law may result. I can gaurantee that no one said that a "No" Vote would immediately result in Martial Law. IOW, there was no Threat of Martial Law, but perhaps the possibility of it if the situation was not dealt with.

My only point is it was said before a vote. I may be naive in what go's down in Washington but I didnt like the sound of it. He said that it happened and wss fear mongering and i agree.
