Oh it is a good feature, but I don't like its current form. For example, I come in each morning and immediately go to 'my forums' to see which threads I'm interested in have had replys. A thread view count there would be much more valuable to me than where it is now. And unfortunately counters count refreshes - greatly magnifying the amount of views a thread really had. A counter of unique viewers would be much more useful (but much more work for the server).

I like it too. If it's not going to affect performance too much please let us keep it.

I don't care for it. The views of a thread aren't really relevant to it's contents. I've never cared for views in any forums I've visited.

With that said, I don't care if it stays or goes. If everyone likes it, keep it :D. Doesn't bother me any.

Anyone running Firefox @ 1024x768? Ever since the 'view' column was added, the forum is just a TAD wider than the fully screen at that resolution. Works fine in MSIE though.

Hey, it's pretty cool.

As far as server speed is concerned, I don't have access to any performance logs, but judging from the speed of the forums on the T3 (or better?) connection that I happen to be on at the moment, it's not making much of an impact. ;)
