"Thread Title & Body" suggestion

Hi,
Hope this isn't a repost.

It seems when I do a search using the "Thread Title & Body" criteria, messages are only listed if the string is matched in BOTH the title AND body. Is this correct? If it is, it may be helpful to others if there was an explanation on the search page. It took me awhile to figure it out.

For myself, I would really like a search criteria that would list messages that matched either the title OR the body. When I'm searching for information on some part number it doesn't matter to me where the match is found. Sometimes a post may only contain the string in the title and be referred to as "it" in the body. Or the subject may be vague and the part number may appear only in the body. As far as I can tell, right now, I have to perform one search on the title and another on the body to find all the messages.

Thanks,
Jay

Thread title _or_ body would be a great option, agree.

Also, somewhere down the line, possibly consider another option searching by username, returning only threads started by the user, not just participated in.
