Thread subscription emails not being sent?

Am I the only one not receiving emails when a thread I'm subscribed to gets a post?

under customize what setting do you have for:

I want my thread subscriptions to be delivered to my private message box instead of by E-mail.

I'm getting them now but wasn't for a few hours.
