is there a way i can specify a shortcut so that a program will start up with a specified thread priority?
i'm running the find-a-drug program and i'm pretty sure it's running at normal priority and slowing things down. when i manually set it down to low priority everything else runs great.
anyway, i want to make it start up as low priority. any thoughts?
