I just had a thread locked by a mod I assume because it was closely related to a thread posted by a mod, even though mine was a fun game and his was just "read the title and discuss". Don't mods explain why they lock the posts by editing them and stating the reason? Any chance I could get the reason my post was locked (since forum rules aren't listed) and possibly told how to modify it so I can repost and have it left alone?

Threads about Russian Roulette are fun? There was already a thread about Russian Roulette, another one wasn't necessary.

forum issues forum.

you made what would arguably be called a parody post since there was another post based on the same thing.

Mods rarely post explanations for locks here for some reason. It always ends up causing people to ask why or have repeat offenders. But I guess thats the way they like it.
