Thread closed instead of moved?

First i disagree with mod allisolm that my What if scenario of North Korea nuking South is news or politics. On the contrary i do not want politics to enter the fray because we know how well those threads go.

Second and my main qusetion why would my thread be closed instead of moved to P&N from Off Topic?
