Thoughts on Viewsonic VX724 LCD

I'm looking at buying a quality LCD monitor to replace my aging 17" CRT and I stumbled across the Viewsonic VX724.

It looks like it's a solid monitor, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 500:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colors (8 bit panel then?), 4ms response time, DVI, and a reasonable price.

However, I can't seem to find any thorough reviews out there before I pull the trigger... any thoughts?

Viewsonic is a quality brand of monitor and have been known in the industry for quite some time, I have owned and worked on many of their products. I don't know this particular monitor, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy it, here is a little info here
