Thoughts on Viewsonic and KDS monitors?

Looking for something to go with that new GF3? I've got a KDS AVS 21' TF(Trinitron Tube), that I absolutely love. I've had this monitor for about 9mo, and haven't had a bit of trouble with it.

just replaced my viewsonic E773 17" with a bigger monitor, but after a year and a half my viewsonic is still in top notch condition and the crispness is very nice... my only gripe is that the color is a little dark and i needed to up brightness and contrast to full to get it acceptable and not shadowed... other thtan that, great quality monitors...
 
My original 17" Viewsonic had a great picture. Unfortunately it died after 6 mths. Their policy is to replace defective monitors with refurbished ones. They sent me three refurbished monitors each one with a worse problem than the one before it. I'm not talking minor problems but half the screen being yellow etc. It seemed they had absolutely no quality control in their refurb facility. They finaly replaced it with a new one but it's picture quality did'nt match up to the original. I kept it just to get out of the hassle. Never again. I'd find a company with a better return policy.
 
I thank you all for the input, I ended up picking up a Samsung after hearing so many good things about them...
