Thoughts on this PSU?

Hi guys,

My Antec NeoHE 500W is getting a tab old (5-6 years) and I think I've been having it a bit high on the output for a while so I've been keeping my eye out for a new PSU
I see Newegg has this one for $50AR + $15 GC to newegg

Reviews seemed fine and (I think OCZ is a decent brand) but I wanted to check before I bought it

Currently I have:
ASUS P8Z86VLX
2500k @ 3.6
8GB RAM
AMD 4890
1 750GB HDD
1 DVD/CD drive

I'll be upgrading my GPU in the next 4 months or so but the budget will be around $300 or less so nothing crazy there

Thanks guys!

Would not buy. OCZ makes some units I would buy, mainly their newer ZT and ZX lines with 5 year warranty. Their other units aren't totally crap either, there are simply better options.

If your Antec PSU is still working fine, it should have no problems with a $300 graphics card. Next-gen AMD 7870 or NVIDIA equivalent will probably consume less power than your 4890. If you're looking to upgrade into something more powerful, or if you just want a PSU that will have plenty of power for future upgrades then this is what I'd get: XFX 650W $55 AR shipped (Seasonic-built, powerful single rail, 5 year warranty)
