This memory is overing a nice rebate at NewEgg.com. pqi TURBO Series Dual Channel Mirrored Black Kit 184-Pin 1GB(512MB x 2) DDR PC-3200

Is this good memory for a Chainteck VNF4/ultra with A64 3000+ 939 90nm?

And what is the overclock potential of this RAM for moderate (not extreme) overclocking given it's CAS latency of 2.5-3-3-7 ?

You're not going to be able to quantify the overclocking potential of PC3200 RAM beyond it's stated frequency. If you want to overclock with a greater degree of success, then get yourself some higher-clocked RAM.
