Thoughts on this Gigabyte board?

I've decided to build my own PC, which I haven't done in years (maybe even in this century hahaha).

I'm looking for a Z97 chipset board which I understand are necessary to overclock LGA1150 processors.

This one looks like a steal:

But why is it so much cheaper than these similar models?

Any thoughts on this board, and if there is a clearly better one for not much more (or less) money?

the Gamin has the Gaming brand (duh), and the UD3H has more features.

they are all awesome. i wold go with the first, and no thats not the normal price for it.
