Thoughts on this gaming rig

I am building a new rig for gaming, without paying too much either. I am going to OC the CPU as well as the 6800GT. Im not going to SLI, since it's useless to me. What are you thinking of this?

Motherboard: DFI Lan Party UT NForce4 Ultra-D Audio/GB
Processor: Athlon 64 3200+ Venice
Memory: 2x 512mb Corsair XMS PC3200
Video Card: Leadtek 6800GT
Power Supply: Antec NeoPower480 ATX 12V 480W
Case: Thermaltake Soprano Mid Tower Case
Hard Drive: Maxtor 80gb S-ATA 8mb Cache. (Already have this one)
Optical Drive: Samsung 16x52X32X52 DVD/CD-RW

1 100$ US (1340$ CAD (1600$ after taxes, shipping, etc)

Everything looks good, get different ram though. DFI and Corsair don't go together very well. And drop the case, if you need to get something like that might as well get the Tsunami. And are you sure you only need 80GB?

I would also look at the Vid, BFG has a lifetime warranty on theirs. As for Case personal favorite is the Antec P180 but their P160 is also very nice.

Yes, I only need 80gb (OS, Office, a few games, period.). Would OCZ work better with it? And which one is best? I don't want cheap ram, but don't want to pay much over 150 US if it has to. Keep in mind I will do some overclocking.

Edit: The BFG 6800 GT isnt available at Monarch (For PCI-Express anyway.) so I went with Leadtek since I like their Heatsink.
