why would you need a DV editing software ?
it's a digital camera not a camcorder.. You can't record long on it.. so i'm not sure if you would really want to edit it..

and last time I checked.. it is win2k compatible.. or i wouldn't have gotten it

i know it's not a digicamcorder, but i'm pretty sure it's capable of capturing vid clips...

lemme know how it works out for you when you get it, eh? usual stuff... image quality in bright light, low light, motion, etc...

it does short clips for email and such...
but nothing that really needs editing..

if you want to edit some small vids .. MGI Studio SE would be my best bet..
