Thoughts on Stl. Cards...

Well 2 things are bothering me right now.

It seems that Pujols is really slumping because he has drastically expanded his strike zone.

The second, Carp is really struggling. The HOuston game should not have 6 runs (5 ER) in it.

Anyone have anything they can add, or critique.

Are my assumptions about Pujols right...about Carp is he just slumping right now?

no, we are just trying to give a worse team the edge in the wildcard race . . . . .

Meh, I've been let down by the Cards often enough that it doesn't hurt me anymore. We're in the playoffs, it'd be fun if we went somewhere with that, but it wouldn't bother me if we get swept in the first round.
