Let me be clear then. A pedophile had a supply of photos from a child molester that he got off to. Yes, part of the evidence taken was his office chair with semen stains that matched his DNA. He admitted under questioning by CID that he masturbated to the photos. He also had two kids of his own under age 5.

So, you can split hairs all you want, but the pedophile creates a market for child molesters and other pedophiles to continue to abuse children.
 
What I don't understand is the kids who get charged with CP possession, slutty 15 year old girl takes photo and sends it to 14-17 year olds, and if they are caught with it they get the blame? They now need to register as sex offenders? Lol wut... If you can have sex at 16 (in this state anyway) One would think you could be mature enough to be in possession of pornographic material of someone in your own age group without getting charged for possession of CP.

Oh well, i'm not stupid enough to do any of this shit but i have some friends who got in a tough spot a few years back because of it.

He did the same thing with homosexuality and beastiality recently.

Although I don't think everyone could be helped with their mental disorders, but we should try to help people before it manifests into hurting someone. I think we don't take mental illness, disorders or whatever you want to call it seriously in society. I think parents rather have someone helped instead of having their kids hurt.

Just for clarity, paedophilia is an attracting to children, which in itself isn't (and never should be) a crime. The government doesn't have the right to determine how we think. Yes it's disgusting, but it's not a crime. Child abuse or having child porn is distinct from paedophilia itself.

If they don't pay for it, they are pirates destroying the child porn industry. If they don't stop the piracy of child porn, then there will be no more child porn.
 
Consumption demand creates the problem. You don't believe me? It's the same as demand for illegal drugs creates a market with a high price with violence being the only way to enforce "market rules" in an illegal market. While you can argue that legalizing drugs is a good way to eliminate the violence, legalizing the creation of kiddie porn and the acts depicted in it is insane. Thus, attacking the consumption side is every bit as important as attacking the production side.

There's probably already a bazillion images of child pornography. If the government created a database which people could register to as pedophiles to legally watch child pornography, it wouldn't be necessary to create more.
