Looks good... part of the appeal of the Xterra is you can just buy a bumper and throw it on, no paint work needed!
 
just wanted to recommend an Xterra forum if you're interested, www.thenewx.org. Lots of great info on how to fix the most common issues that can pop up (and they will). Of course there are also lots of mods/upgrades you can do to the truck so the savings could be a wash. I have an 05 that just crossed 100k miles and it still runs like a champ. Always wanted one since they came out but was glad I waited for the 2nd gen

oh barf, the FJ looks like a tonka toy, and looks like it is asking you to bust off its tail lights every time you go anywhere off road with how they stick out so stupidly. That, and the body tearing issues they had for a while too. No thank you.

nope. they werent offering some things I wanted. Absoutely was getting something with 4 doors. wife requirement. I would be OK with a 2 door, but mostly only if it was a Corvette and that wasnt happening due to lack of a back seat

wife wouldnt go for an E46 M3 either 🙁
