Thoughts/Comments on Battlefield 1942

I always seem to be killed by high ping people and never seem to hit them. I always check the ping of the guy who kills me and it is invariably a 200+ guy whereas my ping is @40-50. I find that a little annoying. I also notice that when an enemy steals a tank and I fight him that he can kill me with one shot in the same place that I shot him 4 times. Mind you, I'm in a freshly spawned tank. This tells me there is a problem with damage calculation as well. At least it's a demo though.
