I was taking a nap with my head resting on my arms. When I woke my vision was blurry. I got up and walked around for a bit and it seemed to be isolated to my left eye. This has never happened to me before. It is still blurry like 15 mins later but seems to be getting a little better.
Has this happened to anyone else?

better go out and have some fun while you still can. soon you will see nothing.

j/k, maybe you slept on a vain or nerve or something -- not sure?

Yes! You could be Blind Boy, yet not completely blind, just sorta, and you could lead Daredevil around by the nuts.

rinse your eye with some water, you probably have some liquid sleep on it. its like snot for your eyes!

Eye boogers 😉

Actually, is it possible that when you slept, you put pressure on that eyeball, causing your eye's shape to distort and thus blur your vision? If that's the case, as it slowly goes back into its correct shape, your vision quality is restored..

One question: Was it isolated to the middle or lateral portion of the eye? Or was it the entire eye?

It was the center portion. If I looked in certain directions it seemed to clear up.
Right now it is about 85% back to normal.
Freaked me out though.
I should probably see an optometrist(?) any way.
I don't think I have been since grade school. Always had excellent vision.

My vision in my right eye went blurry once... but I had gotten nailed with a badmitton birdy in the eye. It knocked my iris into spasm, making my pupil change shape and shift up and off to one side. It was really strange looking and kind of creepy. They dilated the pupil for 2 weeks.

Right when you get up the blood has a hard time getting up your arteries to your brain for a split second b/c of the increased strain of gravity, as to laying down. For a split second your brain is deprived of O2 and that is what a black out can be. However, this is a little different. If your occipital lobe (vision) isn't getting enough O2 something like this can occur but I'm not sure what you are suffering from. Give it sometime and if it doesn't go away I say go see a professional.
