Pretty but low-end motherboard. i would've gotten it if it OFFICIALLY supported 133FSB...but it seems like a dead-end platform...with everything going DDR and all.

If it is built by Abit, it is JUNK. That is all you will ever need to know.

compuwhiz1, what is wrong with Abit? The last 4 sytems I built for my wife and I where Abit. The have proven to be extremely stable, great for overclocking, and obtain good benchmarks. Nothing has broken on them, if Abit is junk wouldn't we have noticed after four?

Compuwiz1, with all respect to your excellent overclocking abilities and great store, that statement is ignorant. It was not a long time ago that kt7-raid was awarded the editors choice by Anand. I have used so far 3 kt7-raid, 1 kt7a and 1 kt7a-raid(not to mention BH6's and BP6's) and all have been excellent boards. No problem with SBLive, no problems booting up 266 fsb with a 200fsb cpu, no problems of changing voltage through multiplier.

btw, on topic, that board is excellent value for money if you don't want the raid feature on kt7a-raid.

if you guys have seen the recent threads...and the rigs stats...abit is pretty much way down these days. i have no experience with their quality but they're missing in action...their DDR board is way late...and it's going to cost $200. kinda sad...i knew their bx boards pretty much whooped some asses...i always though abit and asus were the top ones...oh well.
