Those with Comcast HD DVR

When I'm looking at my listings, it only shows whats playing for the next 12 hours and nothing else after that, is this something that will change on it's own, just how it is, or is messed up?

 
Did you just plug it in or something? The box isn't quick to download the listings, but mine definitely shows more than just 12 hours....I think it shows whole week's worth of listings at the least.

I got the service hooked up yesterday, thought maybe it'd just take a little to download all the listings, but today they're still only showing 12 hours worth.

Maybe it takes longer? or maybe it's screwed up?

I'm not sure which is the case though.

Hmmm, I don't remember how long it should take. Try unplugging it again to see if it works this time. Maybe it lost connection with their server or something. I have gotten a bad box from them before.

I got mine connected Saturday. When I looked through the listings Saturday night, it only had a short time. When I looked again Sunday night, it went a bit into the week but I didn't see how far.

I think I'm gonna have to call them since I've had it hooked up since last night and its still not showing anything past 12 hours, plus I just checked the regular just digital box I got in my bedroom and it's not showing anything past 12 hours either.

Seems like theres some sort of issue.

 
I can preview the whole week's worth of programming on my Comcast HD DVR, so yeah... there is probably some sort of issue.

I dunno when/how often the refresh time is...but just turning it off won't refresh the listings. You need to actually unplug it....maybe you can force a refresh in the low-level settings (turned off, press menu IIRC), but you might as well just unplug it for 30 seconds and try again, if you haven't already.
