Those with 19" LCDs what height setting is yours at?

My LCD is pushed all the way down almost. I had it where I had to look up but I felt that it was straining my eyes. How about yours? I just want to get some opinions on what height is the best for viewing. Thanks.

Mine is about an arm length away from my eyes. Should I move it back or forward?

little lower so I'm looking down maybe 15 degrees or something
