The 2 choices for me are size M at waist 32"-34"; or S at waist 28"-30". I wear pants waist 32" with a belt. I tried wearing the Jockies at size M and they're a little loose down below. I fear that size S may be too tight for the jewels down below.

Yes, i just went into walmart and exchanged it for those same fruit of the looms that run 30-32. I see that hanes doesnt run 30-32, and only fruit of the looms does.
