If you check my stats, that's the mobo I have/had running on my system. Until it completely gave way after a few games of Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. It wouldn't even get to bios. I am going to send it back to Newegg, and get a new or refurbished board for free. I was wondering if this was an isolated incident, or if others witnessed similar problems with Epox motherboards.
 
i have the same rig as you do, epox 8k7a, radeon 64 ddr vivo,same crucial ram, same hard drive. some other stuff is different (sound, dvd, rw). i've been running smoothly since august on win98se until end of september where i went to xp. everything is still stable and fine. this motherboard is pretty solid.
