Those who have built the Cmoy Headphone amp...please help

Im trying to build the cmoy pocket headphone amp and I am follwing these directions.

I have built the amp and have plugged in a 9v battery. However about 10 seconds later the op amp gets very hot to the touch, so I disconnect the batttery. It says you arent suppose to get any heat. What could be causing this? I have check over everything twice.

Also, Im not sure if I understood the "M-jumper" and where it went.

I will see if I can post a pic of what i have in a little bit.
 
Well unsoldered everything and put it back together a different board......works perfect now. Just gotta get some bigger capacitors now.
