Here is a recipe for Chaplee

Ah. I didn't know this was Afghani food. Yes, it's pretty spicy.

When I think of Afghani food, the dishes that come to mind are Kabuli Pulao and boneless round Afghani chicken pieces (I think they use cream in it? Not sure). The pulao is kinda greasy but tastes great when hot with carrot pieces and raisins in it and perfectly soft mutton pieces. Both these dishes have almost no spices (don't feel the urge to drink a glass of water at the end of these meals).

Char masala is also a spice mix. Maybe you are thinking piquancy? I meant many spices and not chilli pepper spicy.

No. Have any or both of these: Kabuli Pulao and boneless round Afghani chicken pieces

No sharp taste in them. Just delicious goodness. But I don't know if it will agree with your palate since you probably don't eat meat without some sauce like soya etc.?

What on earth is boneless round Afghani chicken pieces lol.

I eat plenty of meat without sauces lol. Like grilled steak with salt and pepper.

Can't handle Indian food. Too many spices. Only thing I eat that is vaguely Indian is curry.

The ones I had from a Dubai restaurant were kinda round or rectangular (it was in 2007 so only a vague memory). Haven't been there since but I remember for $2.50, it made for a very yummy and hearty foodgasmic dinner.

Nothing round about that lol. Just cubed chicken breast. I don't usually eat chicken breast unless it is prepared Cantonese style, meaning it is not overcooked and still tender.

I ordered chicken tikka masala from an Indian food truck. The guy asked me if I wanted honey-cilantro sauce on it. I must have given him a “Da’ f’ words just came out of your mouth?” look because he then offered a yogurt-cilantro sauce.

You are going senile. You already mentioned it in an earlier post in this same thread.

But since it is to educate op, I'll allow it.
