You are sending up the whole Q thing and are an idiot for doing so. So, they ruined your lunch. All you can do is ask to not have cilantro on your food and if they ignore it, bitch to the establishment and have them re-serve you. If they are not up to it, you'll need to patronize a different establishment. :colbert: Don't bitch to us.
You know, I do believe he's actually employing "humor" here, not delivering a serious treatise on the human condition of cilantro enjoyers...

Yes. OK. I eat cilantro almost every day lately. Not a lot, a little goes a long way.

Still, I do not make fun of people who enjoy things I don't and have to wonder about the sanity of people who do. Is that harsh?

I also don't regard anybody genetically inferior. Some people have genetic issues but I don't believe in genetic inferiority of humans of any kind.

You are a cilantro apologist.

You've been here for how long without noticing that this happens quite frequently here? We'll mock each other for driving the wrong car, liking the wrong candy, eating a hot dog with the wrong condiments, etc...

No you just can't enjoy it, accept it. I'm not saying you should try to enjoy it. Accept it, you don't like it.
As a more advanced version of humanity, I have long ago accepted it coming from my higher capabilities of tasting for the reason I don't like it.

I'm pretty sure I've had dishes with Cilantro in them. Not sure, so I guess it didn't impress me enough to stick in my memory. Then again, while I do, from time to time, enjoy going to a top rated restaurant; I have simple tastes in general.

OK, I was in the wrong mood. Admitted.

I didn't read more than a handful of the 70+ posts before doing a reaction based on my relationship with cilantro. It's one of the few things I grow that I don't want to do without and put in a fair amount of effort to enable that.

We grow rosemary solely because of the smell, I don't care for it in food :D
But getting a big whiff of just the plant itself, that I enjoy.

Yup, rarely eat rosemary. Cilantro is good. Also integral to this black bean salsa that is too damn tasty. https://www.culinaryhill.com/black-bean-salsa/
Mmmm. I have everything on-hand to make that recipe except the lime. I just put lime on my digital shopping list.

PS: I dig cilantro! Just had some fresh cilantro from my garden with my dinner. If you can't enjoy cilantro I guess there's something wrong with you. Touché, OP!
