Is there a specific brand you prefer?

I need to decide which lenses I want to try after my trial lenses are done.

Thanks

I'm using VERSAFLEX 55 right now and they dry out my eyes too much. After I use the rest, I'm going back to Acuvue because those were always good.

I highly reccomend Acuvue Oyasys! I just switched from Acuvue2 (wore them for 5 years, been wearing contacts for 18 years), and they are amazing, my eyes do not get blury late at night and they feel more comfortable, and I can tell by the way my eyes look that they are getting more oxygen (This was a problem for me as I am required to wear them for long periods of time). If you have the money go switch to them, you will not be disapointed.

Acuvue Advance with Hydraclear, but I think it really depends on what solution you use that determines all-day comfort. I use Opti-free Express and have no problems wearing my contacts for 12 hours or more. I tried some other stuff for about a month, but my eyes dried out after a measly 9 hours. Pathetic. Pain in the neck too, because then I have to take them out and put on my glasses, and I hate glasses.

I like Focus Dailies. At the end of the day when I'm tired, I can take them out and throw them away. Plus, if I lose one somehow during the day (we get sandstorms alot around here), its not a big loss.

I wear Bausch & Lomb Softlens 38 (formerly Optima) for about 13 years now, with no problems. I would wager most manufacturers all probably have equally good products.
