i've been doing SS religiously for awhile now and have stalled multiple times on bench. been stuck at 215# forever.
followed the guidelines... drop the weight and reload, take time off... nothing worked.
finally gave up on following SS to a T, tried something new, and put 20 more pounds on flat bench.
what did i do? simple.
i changed up my routine and incorporated incline and decline.
my A routine is now flat, squat, incline, DL, decline.
up to 235# and stalling somewhat again, but i haven't been going to the gym as regular as i used to.
just wanted to share. YMMV.
