Those Microsoft MSDN Cds: "Debug/Checked Build" versions?

anybody know how a cd marked with that label differs from a cd that doesn't have that label?

For instance in the current MSDN release there is a green cd called Windows NT Workstation 4.0, Disc 0421, January 2001.

Then there is Disc 0422 called Windows NT Workstation 4.0 Debug/Checked Build.

Any idea???
