Just got an email (ralphwiggum got it too)... Our digital cameras the DSC-P9 that were supposed to ship out today, just got delayed until the 17th now... Is this a common thing with dell? I find it odd that i called yesterday and he guaranteed me that it would ship tomm because he said the stock had just come in....

Grrrr... im f-in pissed...

I wanted to have it for the festivities at my girlfriends party this weekend, but it dosent look like that will happen....

Another thing that sucks is that if it does ship on the 17th, i'll be out of town for 4 days...

Yup, I got the email after they said it would ship on or before the 3rd... I really wanted this camera before next week, and now I'm torn on what to do.
Buying it locally sounds good, but itll cost like $150 more... $600 retail plus tax.
The thing is we proabably wont even get the camera on the 17th...

Yea, it happened with my laptop... It was supposed to have a lead time of 3 weeks, showed up 2 weeks early 🙂
