Serves her right, I've driven over the Morrison Bridge thousands of times, and I've always been cautious on the grating when it's wet. If you're dumb enough to talk on your phone, you deserve to take a swim in the Willamette. Thankfully, she didn't take anyone else with her. Plus, I wouldn't be surprised if she developed health problems from the river water.
