Jim Florentine is hilarious. He does crazy stuff all the time. I heard him on Howard Stern a couple of weeks ago and he went out to eat at an Italian place. When the guy came around with the cheese, he had him continue to put it on his plate for about 10 minutes before he had them stop just to see what they would do. Then he ate it.
