I dunno - to my taste it is a little too fussy and feminine (I own 4 Seiko watches, but IMO they have never done well at these kinds of elaborate guilloche faces - their costliest watches, the Grand Seikos, have a very clean design), and I don't care for the two-tone finish. On the bright side, at least it's automatic . . .
You could get one of these, in the color of your choice, for $180 shipped. It has a nice, clean look, very beefy bracelet with pushbutton clasp, sapphire crystal (vastly superior to the Hardlex mineral glass found on the watch you asked about), and a very nice automatic movement (IMO life is too short to wear quartz watches).

Point taken - I had just assumed the watch came with Hardlex (for some reason Seiko seems to use sapphire very sparingly, part of the reason I like my Yao SKX007 better than my SKX779), and did not know it had the 4s15. I don't blame you for not posting the specs, which would have been meaningless to most folks.
That said, I still dislike the guilloche Seikos, and find the watch too feminine for my taste. I think the Grand Seikos are very nice (though I can't imagine spending that kind of cake on a Seiko), and there are some gorgeous Brightz dress watches, but to me most of the dress Seikos suffer from the same fussiness. I prefer the early '60s Seikomatic Selfdater I got for $27 on eBay!
If I were burning for a modern Japanese dress watch, I think I would go for one of the Citizen Stilletos, which are, sadly, quartz, but which are remarkably elegant and thin, and are offered in nice, simple tank designs. I guess there's something to be said for having one quartz watch to use for setting all your others.

That said, I still dislike the guilloche Seikos, and find the watch too feminine for my taste (that italicized "Automatic" is incontrovertibly fruity, and the bezel is unnecessarily fancy-pants, though the case shape itself is handsome IMO). It will look really cheap when the gold-colored plating starts to fade and scratch, which it will. On balance (I'll finally shut up!), it is a good value for $200 if you like it (sapphire + 4s15 is a great combo), but it is, in my opinion, an ugly watch.
