This Vid Card fit in this mobo?

I was planning on getting this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813130491 and this video card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814161132 but now i think im gonna have to get a different vid card or a different mobo because it looks like the chipset fan will be in the way, actually if i get any different video card it looks as if it will be in the way, any thoughts/suggestions?

The heatsink/fan on the motherboard is low-profile as usual, and any cards should be able to go right over the top of it without touching it.
