A few things here...

1) BB owes you nothing, check the fine print on their web site. Thats the contract you signed when you placed an order with them. Every other e-retailer has generally the same policy.
and
2) You're not going to be around here for much longer, so I suggest you do somthing productive with the time you have left

i typed a whole long response to your moronic comments in the other thread but it was locked in the process of me writing it. basically to sum up what i said, best buy will drag this out in court for so long by the time you get the GF4, if by some miracle they lose, they will be releasing the GF10. Appeals court can take a LONG time...and the cases you cited were from state court. each state is different in their laws regarding TOS.
