This thread needs a sticky

Definitely give this thread a sticky. I also think a message at the top to any trolls who might come in there saying "keep the crap out of that thread" would be a welcome addition.

Thanks for the sticky Mods.

I just helped a Military family by getting their computer back in shape.

They didn't realize the Anti-Virus that came with their Dell expires after 30 days. That was a year and half ago, needless to say the machine had been brought to it's knees with viruses and malware.

I put an anti-virus on that will not expire and Adaware and spybot.

PS - Yes, their son is over fighting the insurgents as they are called.
