This the right one?

That is the full OEM version. It contains the full installation of Windows. The only difference is that it does not come with the box, manuals, etc. Also, you get no free tech support from Microsoft if you need it. OEM editions are primarily made for system builders. Another thing to keep in mind as well, once you install an OEM version on a system, it is tied to that system.
