This textbook is owning me

Well it's a notebook to be more precise. It's basically made up of photocopied online articles (poorly done at that, you can't read the edges) and some student essays. It amounts to about 50 pages. The school saids it paid royalty to reproduce the materials which is bull since they should be free if it's for educational use.

All that for the low, low price of $40. And the real kicker is that it's not even binded. All the pages are held together by a freaking rubber band...

I just caved and payed $90 for about a hundred page, course notes, photocopied POS. Only reason I got it is cause of the all nighter I pulled to finish an assignment (had 1 week, stuck it into 1 night starting at 10pm). Having some notes would have helped, and found out how crappy the in class ones were. The pisser was that it wasn't binded, it was shrink wrapped and non-refundable (clerk asked manager since it was wrapped). At least they punched the effing holes for me to buy my own binder...
